Can be - the quickest I have ever received an order is a week after placing it, The longest has been 6 weeks, Sometimes they keep putting the delivery back as they haven't always actually got the stock in their warehouse. It usually gives you an estimate for delivery when you order, then they email you when they pack your order mine normally comes about a week after they email saying they are packing my order hope this helps.

I called to ask about tracking for my order, they told me it was coming from Sweden and had just entered this country. Their Customer Service seems pretty decent.

I have just received a letter saying that my order is below their minimum order value of £6 after all discounts have been applied.

It then just says of course you are welcome to make another order with us that exceeds this amount.

So i was thinking they have cancelled my order so went online and checked just now and my order is still pending and the delivery date has been moved to 8/12th april.

Anyone else had this letter through?

my order said it was below the min £6, but when i looked online it was that way because the items had different delivery dates, so i just clicked edit and changed it so that my order was delivered in 1 parcel not 2, which seemed to solve the problem .

Anyone having any luck with the delivery code, all I can get £5 off but then there is 3.90 delivery on top?

I didn't know we could do that, I had the same problem in checkout so I ended up getting rid of things and just ordered the 1 thing
