Hi all.
Apologies if this is in the wrong part of the forum.
I bought a sim free yellow lumia 920 in December. This went back within 2 weeks due to a screen defect and was replaced with another yellow 920.
Today this one is having a paddy. No sound except text or ringtone comes from the speaker. All sounds work when a jack is used such as a speaker. The phone is behaving as if it thinks a speaker/headset is always in. A hard reset of the phone didn't work so the connector itself is evidently faulty.
I'm taking the phone back tomorrow and I suspect one of two things are going to happen. They'll send it off for repair or they'll replace it there. I have a question about both.
If they send it for repair am I entitled to be loaned a temporary replacement?
If they agree to replace it, I understand Phones 4U have no yellow 920's but it's the only colour I want. Where would I stand if they can't offer me a yellow phone?
Thanks.

You can ask for a temporary handset, but you are not entitled to.
They have to repair or replace with the same - their choice. If you want yellow and they don't have it, repair is the only option unless they offer you a refund (unlikely).0 -
Thanks Grumbler, I thought that would be the case0
