NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
You've quoted me totally out of context
I responded to a specific comment with a specific fact - you need to read it in that context and not in "any old" context that suits your argument
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
You've taken a response to my post and tried to twist it. You need to read the thread and realise you're arguing a point that nobody is arguing against.
Everyone accepts its the sellers job to ensure delivery to the supplied address. What has happened here is the supplied address is incomplete. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Nope - You've mis-quoted me and now you are embarrassed - suck it up
I dont HAVE to read the whoooooooooooole thread and respond to the "general theme" of the whooooooooooooole thread with every post I make
Hence why forums give you ability to "QUOTE" "SPECIFICALLY" and respond to that quote "SPECIFICALLY"
Which is what I did
and to save you further embarrassment I now have you on ignore and I suggest you do the sameWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -

Don't be ridiculous I'm not going to put you on ignore just because you've made a mistake and are arguing something nobody disagrees with!
Although I do suspect you may be a bit highly strung

I'm sorry, but not everyone accepts that point.
If a seller wants to avail themselves of paypal seller protection then it's their job to ensure delivery to the address registered on paypal and not to a different address supplied by the buyer.
No, it won't be the sellers fault, but it is the seller who will lose an item not received dispute. So what you are saying is that if the buyer asks a seller to post to an address for instance "Button Moon". Then the seller sends the item to "Button Moon". It is in fact the sellers fault that the buyer doesn't live at "Button moon"?
It doesn't matter who made an error, the important thing is who will be held responsible by paypal, and if there is no proof of delivery to the address shown on the paypal invoice, then Paypal won't refund the seller.
This is why a few people have stated that your earlier comment that:
couldn't be more wrong.PayPal will side with the seller
And they appear to have a sticky "o" on their keyboard as well.Although I do suspect you may be a bit highly strung0 -
Can we be clear here- for paypal seller protection a seller must prove delivery to the address given by the buyer in paypal and which paypal say is 'OK to send to'. That's it, there is nothing more- no one is 'blamed' if that address is wrong but the seller will lose a paypal chargeback.

Made a claim through ebay the seller says he will give a refund on return of the item no timescales on this.
1.Still no proof of posting or tracker from the seller even when requested, only posted by royal mail second post.
2.Am I reading the above posts correct when you pay by paypal the seller cross checks the address and should send out to the address in paypal. not the ebay address?
3.I have tried to open a paypal claim but cant because the ebay case is open is that correct?
How long does this go on for
