No "sarcasm" and no "venom" that I can see.
You were so intent on proving the Bank to be liars that you lost sight of the fact that it was costing you time and money (albeit only £!0) to try and do so.
Why you thought the Bank would be "caught out" by a SAR of it's own records I know not.
Anyway, bottom line is you wasted £10.
