i want a payg sim card that dosn't require top ups to recieve calls.
I am changing my number onto a new contract so will be porting my current number to a payg sim. I want to be able to leave a message with my new number should anyone call then take the sim out of the phone. whats the cheapest way to do this? I wont ever use the sim again its purley to leave a recorded message of my new number. I am currently on o2 and have my pac code ready and they have sent me a free sim.

Sorry if I missing the point here but why dont you port your number to your new contract, that way uyou keep your old number and everyone gets put through to you.0

I don't think you'll find any network that will keep a free PAYG SIM connected indefinately without topups, or indeed connected at all for more than a brief period without a topup. After all, how would they make any money out of doing that?
Is there a reason why you can't just port your number to your new contract?0 -
I used an O2 sim for ages for incoming calls without topping it up
I currently have a T Mobile sim that ran out of credit 3 weeks ago and I can still receive business call on that0
