  • More outs today:

Lush bath bomb in the shape of a present - WBA next Christmas made the bath a glorious blue/green

Sachet of Flexitol heel balm - have full size in the stash as I find it effective for my hooves. I did purchase an emjoy a few weeks ago and found it really great so hopefully a combination of cream and sandpapering will avoid the sore cracked heels that sometimes appear in summer.

Lush sweetie pie shower jelly - WBA or at least another jelly as my daughter loves them (although they sometimes cause arguments as she does spend a while wobbling it rather than washing).

Soap & Glory clean, girls body wash - WNBA I didnt like this S&G fragrance. Sadly I have another 2 left in the stash from various gift sets. My S&G stash rivals TBS butter mountain.

    Does everyone declare nail polish?
I have recently rediscovered my nail polish passion and have bought loads. I have declared them all but Im never going to finish them. Nor am I realistically going to stop buying them - I match polish to my outfit/mood and wouldnt like to wear the same one each week. In fact I think I would actually be sad to see some of them finally be gone.

    Polish ins:

OPI mini Oz set containing I Theodora You, Don't Burst My Bubble, Glints of Glinda & What Wizardry is This?

    2 Kleancolor glitter top coats

Dollish polish vampires coven and im the boogieman

I think ValM has exempted herself from nail polish, as have I with lipstick, as it's the only make-up I wear.
A NBI, as mentioned by an earlier poster: Cussons 50ml Mum & Me Emollient Bath Wash. Will see how it goes as a body wash, will use it as a foot soak if it fails that role.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
  • Evening all, I have been reading along but not posted for ages because my UU rate for March has been so slow.

I finally have enough to make it worth posting :D

Avon Absynthe perfume vial, WNBA, it was nice enough but definitely an evening perfume and I have loads of them in the stash

Garnier Ultralift day moisturiser sachets x10, WNBA, it was a great freeby because each sachet lasted me 3 mornings so it was a free month of moisturiser :money: It didn't do anything noticeable to my skin so I would rather spend my money on something else

Garnier BB cream sachets x3, WNBA, this was the light shade and it was a good colour match for me but it made my nose really shiny so not worth it. Also there wasn't any SPF in it which I thought all the BB creams had.

Avon Naturals cherry blossom shampoo, WNBA, was a cheap and cheerful bargain from Avon but nothing special.

Maybelline eyeshadow quad (well the two shades I would ever actually use anyway) WNBA due to the lifetime supply of eyeshadow I still have

St Ives Apricot face scrub, WBA, this is cheap and scrubby enough to feel it is making a difference and also a huge tube that lasts forever, what's not to like?!

  • Me again, I also have one in from the weekend.

I bought a Marie Claire with the free Neals Yard hand cream. It is a magazine I will read (can't afford anything in it though!) so not too frivolous. I am feeling very pleased with myself as this is only my second unnecessary In of the year so far.

I am being very tough with myself on the challenge this year because my stash is still massive after 2 years and I have realised how long it takes to use things up.

If I had seen a Glamour with the hair oil you have all been raving about, I would have bought it too though :rotfl:

    Keep warm everyone

A HG UU today - Louise Galvin Volumising Shampoo. WBA, love this. It is the best shampoo I have found for my fine hair. Shame about the price :(.

I need to reign in my spending bit time. This month has seen me buy more than the last 8 months combined. I did need a lot of one off bigger spends like foundation and eye shadow primmer. Hopefully next month will be a zero spend month.

have been reading but have been on nightshift.

I know I've finished some stuff and will list it when I'm properly awake.

We had a blizzard last week with over 30cm in under 12 hours and down to -18 most nights. So the groundhog was wrong.

I have a UU. One I didn't really want to run out before the end of the month.......sure max protect. I did count it in my stash but I think I'm gOing to stop counting it as its not unnecessary and I need it for every day I'm working/doing a lot and I've NEVER had more than one of them on the go at any one time

the beauty therapist actually told me it would be solid and I'd have to melt each time I used.

re Glamour mag bought for the freebies, actually got round to looking at it yesterday and was shocked by the prices in there,e.g a straw tote bag(D&G) £1113:eek::eek::eek::eek:it looked no better than my cheap one from a local chain.
