Hi please can someone advise me as to the best way to claim back my holiday on my credit card. I purchased our first ever family holiday with Thomas Cook on my credit card, not expecting any issues. I arrived at the airport and booked in, but as I did this I received a call from my brother my grandmother has just passed…

Sorry for the loss, but there is no chargeback or S75 cover in this case.

Do you have a bank account that you pay for extra's on?

You could try asking TC to see if there is anyway they will let you transfer the booking.
