I always open a fresh browser session - usually does the trick.

I have no problems with tracking on TCB or Quidco, including two purchases last week at Appliances Online (one being £370).

It will be something on your PC and not a fault with Quidco or the retailer.

ha! many a time I've raised a claim and never heard anything back!

I've had claims sat without a response for a year+ before now!

For future purchases try downloading a browser you've never used before (don't install any extensions and remove any search bars from the toolbar) and keep it just for TCB/Quidco. I used to have terrible trouble getting my purchases to track but then I started using Firefox just for cashback sites, making sure I delete the cookies at the beginning of every session as they advise and I don't think I've missed one since.

This is what I do. My day-to-day browser is Chrome, but I use a standard install of Firefox for TCB. I've also set it up to flush cookies and other history on exit. Since doing this I haven't missed a cashback.

I ordered a new washing machine from Appliances Online towards the end of last year. The £6.06 cashback I earned has already been paid. :)

How do you figure that? I've made 23 online purchases via Quidco in the last 2 Months, all from the same PC and all using the same browser, and the only 3 that haven't tracked are all from Appliances Online...

I even get the same 'Your visit has been recorded' pop up from AO that I get when I visit every other retailer.

Yeah, really sounds like the problem is at my end, doesn't it?

Your company is a disgrace. I contacted the live chat, only for the unhelpful support person to continually tell me that the tracking issue was down to MY browser not being set up properly as there are no tracking issues with Appliances only because the tracking rate on the site said 97.4%.
That's all well and good, but that number is utter bull**** because all the people that it doesn't track for AREN'T ALLOWED TO MAKE A REVIEW SAYING IT NEVER TRACKED!

I explained that cashback tracked at every single other retailer, online and instore, that I had made purchases with.

I made a purchase at Appliances Online over 2 weeks ago and it did not track, I made 2 more purchases 2 days ago at Appliances Online (at a special 5% rate too) and they did not track. Making a total loss of almost £30 cashback that I will not receive.
I made purchases at other retailers between these 2 weeks, using the same browser on the same computer, and THEY ALL TRACKED.
And Quidco say the problem is at my end?

All this and I'm a so called 'Premium Member' and am supposed to get faster paying cahback from Appliances online. Yeah, right...

    Disgraceful, completely disgraceful.

I will take other peoples advice and use topcashback instead in the future, as Quidco are obviously incapable of seeing/admitting to a problem with their tracking system with this one retailer.
