Quidco-Appliance Online tracking failure

I am getting tired of Quidco not tracking on all purchases despite going through their site. I just purchased a fridge freezer from Appliances Online but the purchases after a week hasn't showed on Quidco. I cleaned my cookies before going through Quidco. I had to raise a claim. It always seems the higher the cashback, the less chance it tracks.

Which browser do you use, I find that Firefox fails to track for the majority but does for some so now I open IE for any purchases through TCB or Q.0

switch to top cash back very rarely they fail to track 99.99% of time it tracks ok0

I use Chrome.0

Both websites will use the same network to track so that shouldn't make a difference. If you're using Safari you might have some more issues than Chrome, FF, and IE.
Do you have a adblocker turned on in your browser? This could also influence the tracking.0 -
No adblocker. Other purchases (the smaller ones) track ok.0

I've found the same thing. Purchased a dish washer from Appliance online for £300 that hasn't been tracked. Also purchased a camera from Two Seasons which should have given me over £19 cashback that hasn't been tracked. the reason I've stumbled across this forum is in searching for problems with quidco I have noticed the same issue that purchases giving a few pence cashback are always tracked, but cashbacks for £5 or more always seem to give problems. If I don't receive these payments I shall certainly stop using Quidco.
I use Chrome, but can't see that this is an issue as as others have stated it always works for the low value payments.0 -
The other thing that I find annoying is if you want to leave a review on Quidco for a retailer that failed to give cashback payment - Quidco won't let you because you haven't got a tracked purchase with them! If a retailer consistently fails to give cashback it doesn't affect their review score.0

Same issue here. I use IE, and every purchase I have made over the last couple of Months from various retailers have tracked...except from Appliances Online (3 in the last Month).
It's getting extremely annoying, made worse by the fact that I'm a 'Premium Member' and am supposed to get faster tracking from AO.
It's simply disgraceful to be honest.0 -
For future purchases try downloading a browser you've never used before (don't install any extensions and remove any search bars from the toolbar) and keep it just for TCB/Quidco. I used to have terrible trouble getting my purchases to track but then I started using Firefox just for cashback sites, making sure I delete the cookies at the beginning of every session as they advise and I don't think I've missed one since.0
