automated reply or notification i am away

i am going away for a while, and i have done some recent ebay sales, i do not want people thinking i am ignoring them if they have problems, i will not have access to a pc so i will need to setup some sort of auto reply saying i am away or some sort of notification so that they are aware i am not ignoring them any idea how…

You could just email them that your going away, or simply dont tell them.

If your going away for a few weeks, what is to stop them from trying to pull a fast one on you. They say item hasnt arrived and email you, but as you are not there, you cant reply. So they open a dispute, and you dont respond to this dispute.
