In a word, no, there is no auto reply, all you can do is set up an away message on an ebay shop, or blank out your running listings for the time you are away, although why anyone would do this I don't know.
I just left a huge message on my shop and in all listings there is a (tiny) message saying the dates you are away.
I think your only option is to tell your recent buyers that you will be away, or do nothing if you think it's unlikely that there will be problems.
I would say it depends on whether their items will have actually arrived before you go away, if not I would definitely tell your buyers."There is a light that never goes out"0 -
You can't do anything through ebay 'answer' your emails but you will be able to put an 'away from the office' type message on your own personal email address, you can details of when you'll be back etc0

Just be careful about putting that you are going abroad for x weeks as if they then have your address from ebay, they know your house might be empty.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

If there is no-one home at all I'd word the message to suggest that your PC is going for repair or upgrade or something and that you'll get back to them ASAP0 -
Safest and easiest way is to select the "Make my Shop Inventory listings unavailable" option in "Shop Holiday Settings" and turn on your shop settings.
That way, you won't get any negative feedback from buyers for late deliveries and any would-be burglars won't know you're on holiday. Never advertise the fact that you're going away.
Your customers will soon come flocking back once you re-list your items after your well deserved rest. :j0 -

In which case, depending on the number of sales, just email those buyers stating that you're going on holiday. No need to tell the whole world.
An autoreply email would've been a good idea but unless you are going to check your Ebay emails everyday on holiday there's not much you can do to help people while you're away.
Buyers must understand that you can't operate 24/7 365 days of the year.0 -
