BT - is this a reasonable cost?

I'm out of my BT contract now and they have offered me unlimited broadband, free calls all the time inc. 0845/0870, with the landline at £34.25/per month, for a 12 month contract. I'm currently paying £38.25 (for the same package, except free eve/wkend calls only (not all the time) and 0870/0845 not included).

So I will now pay £4 less per month, but all calls will be included.

I haven't looked at any other providers yet, but was wondering if £34.25 is reasonable for all that before I confirm it with them, or whether there's a chance I could get it cheaper anywhere else.

Just got a quote from Sky (as a new customer) which is cheaper for anyone interested:

£19.50 for Line rental with Anytime Talk.
£10 for Broadband Unlimited.
so, £29.50/month (but 0845 no. is chargeable)


Plus: Free broadband for first 6 months, so £19.50 for 6 months and then £29.50 for 6 months (12 month contract).


Going to check the details and might go with this one!
