Many thanks to all.
Just to update it was an HMRC matter... another can of worms.... £6,500 of our PAYE payments credited by HMRC to wrong account, then used a 4 year old address to communicate with us, so all communication to us (including the appointment of IQOR) had never arrived!! Will aparently take further 2 months to get their records straight!!0
