I do not need people who did scrutinize their small print when signing their own mortgages to lecture me.... rather rubbing salt into a seeping wound.

Just because others don't agree with a particular point of view doesn't mean that they don't have a valid point to make.0 -

Ironic that this post, complaining about another member touting for business, quotes the original post in full including contact details. The original post has been removed but thanks to GMS the contents of the offending post remain on view.

Crass but few folk answer the funding. I borrow £1 for BOE + 1.75. They BOI borrow £1 for BOE because they can. Term is set. I pay them a margin of 1.75. Please explain why this is not the case.0 -

This is about numbers. Simply stating a proposition does not make it true. I have beliefs I do not assume they have validity. Please tell me why my numbers BOE+1.75 for term are not making BOI money. They borrowed the money at BOE. The margin is 1.75.0 -
adding my two penneth to this thread (also to keep updated on developments....)
Also, has anyone looked into whether the BoI are entertaining mortgage redemption offers
Interesting I was advised to look at Country & . An adviser there said that BTL has a £5000 give away and a residential £1000. I phoned BOI asked for this to be applied they said it does not exist. I can draw no conclusions from this. Though indeterminancy springs to mind0 -

2 out of 16 have the clause what is standard about this. This is 1/8 or 12.5% Please give me the details of your solicitor so that he can sue mine for £30 an hour. I will put up £300k a lot of hours. This is a about a general thought. A lifetime tracker is ......
All were taken at the same time, we cannot know where an electron can be at any precise moment it can be in two places at the same time can a legal contract?0
