Challenged Bank of Ireland CEO about a letter the bank sent to customers on tracker mortgages that seems to be an attempt to take advantage of vulnerable customers by trying to trick them off low-rate tracker mortgages

I very much doubt he will be squirming as he probably doesn't give a toss, he just keeps taking the money , around 850,000 Euros a year.

    In todays Mail

Martyn James of the FOS says, the regulations of the Buy to Let market can seem complicated on paper.
A good rule of thumb is if your Buy to Let was sold by a big bank, then the banks regulation would mean that in all likelihood the Ombudsman would look at the complaint.
If the Buy to Let was sold by a mortgage broker that activity is not regulated at present,so you would not be able to take a problem to the FOS if thing went wrong.
