Manufacturers' warranties are 12-24 months depending on the make, but you have to deal with the manufacturer directly.
If you want to deal with the supplier, this would be SOGA, not the warranty (unless the supplier offers their own extra warranty).0 -

Thanks for trying again. Upgrade through network, phone is not a refurb, brand new (and the 2 subsequent replacements).

In that case the buck stops with the network although as Grumbler points out you have the option of the manufacturer to fall back on.
