DVD Boxed Set

Hello. How are you ? I came across a website called ukdvdboxsets.com and purchased a dvd boxed set called The Apprentice USA seasons 1 to 12. It cost £78. I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I have still not received the dvd boxed set.

I emailed and they said they were experiencing massive delays and the parcel is on its way. I am just worried I may have been scammed. Let me know what you guys think I should do. Is this website legit or not ? Let me know. Thanks.

They will be pirated DVDs, but they do tend to honour their transactions

Website looks a bit dodgy, the contact us page is just an email form, I would be worried by now, well no I wouldn't be because I wouldn't have used them in the first place, but you should be.

The delay is because it is on the slow boat from China.

Time to initiate a charge back, depending on how you paid, if it was paypal start a claim.

Yes, contact your bank and ask to initiate a charge back for non receipt of goods.

The link at the bottom of the home page sums up the business for me.

You'll either get fakes from China or nothing at all, so get onto your bank and initiate a chargeback for non-delivery.

Yes I'm sure its 90 days, ask your bank.

Yea I noticed it was cheap. I just thought it was a good deal hence went for it. I hope I receive it as I am keen on getting it. However I might decide to do a chargeback. Doe anyone know where I can purchase this elsewhere which is legit ?

120 days from date of debit.

For non reciept you have to allow 15 days from debit date before a chargeback can be started.
Should be able to done over the phone with no paperwork (thats how we do them)

So don't delay get your boot in now.....

TBH. I would call NOW and get it started. As any website that sitcks UK 1st is clearly NOT a UK co.....
My money is on counterfeit goods, or really crap copies.
