1.2 million foreign mortgage needed

Just back in the UK for a few days having seen my new villa in cyprus. I need 1..2 mCYP but who is the best broker to go for that sort of property. I will be putting in 900,000 CYP and need a 20 yr repayment mortgage. Obviously I need someone experienced and quick in that sort of foreign mortgage. any suggestions?

Why not contact the brokerage with whom you have affiliate link associations?

But he/she would not have to deal with it themselves as the process used for foriegn mortgages would mean that you would be referred to a specialist company dealing in mortgages abroad, he would recieve and introducer commission, which as a mate I am sure he could split with you.

Thats the beauty of belonging to a network, you have specialists at hand for all types of mortgage situations. He pays for the services they give so is daft not to use it, especially when the actual people dealing with your query would have specialist knowledge and experience in the chosen field.

Obvious solution I would have thought instead of involving people you don't necessarily know of.
