Sorry I do apologise. I though you had posted your own experiences with the company not an example of problems you had found . Well all I can say is I was proved wrong on the matter of no bad reviews. I am sure others who consider using them will find the feedback helpful . Luckily I did not find any at the time I looked and it worked out and saved me thousands. Though I am not going to try and fool anyone , I was worried the car would not show !0

I read this thread when researching buying a new Nissan Qashqai Acenta Premium online so I thought I'd drop a reply now that I have the v5 ownership docs through the post and the car outside.
For anyone who's undecided it's worth phoning them for a chat.
To summarise :
- I was the first owner on the v5 document and the car had been driven to my house from Manchester.
- I followed the recommendation to pay the deposit on credit card
- I was able to pay for the car on delivery (and was even allowed to pay for it over 2 days via bank transfer to avoid bank charges)
- There was a slight delay in the car being delivered but this was down to delays in the Nissan production line (I was checking the Nissan forums.)
- I've had the car about a month now, and it's ace.
Overall I found the service to be helpful, friendly and prompt in responding to any email questions I had. For me, it's been a really positive experience and I'd definitely consider buying a new car from them in the future.0 -
I see you have had the same good experience as me. It will be five years till I buy my next new car, hopefully this loop hole in avoiding the main line dealers will still be possible.0

If anyone is still following this thread, I have found a down side to not using the dealer, I have a small problem with the take up on the clutch while in creep mode . My local deal had the car for nine days and then said it was the way it should be. I think half the problem is they do not want to deal with the car as they did not sell it !, that aside has anyone else got a Peugeot with EGC and creep mode ?? My problem is that when in creep you take your foot of the brake and the car is off on its way, the only way to stop it is to put your foot back on the brake, by witch time you have move around 8-10 inches. This makes it a little tricky to park with out noddy dog type driving. If you put the handbrake on the first notch it cuts the creep function out and the car only then moves while accelerating meaning you can tickle the throttle and creep in to the space. To sum it up, in creep the drive is on off and out of creep Ie with the handbrake slightly on it drives like a normal auto. Peugeot have no fix and have suggested sending out an independent professional driver to show me how to drive the car . This Slightly confuses me as I challenged two different Peugeot engineers to park the car and they had the same problem !! help anyone ?0

Just an update, I ordered a Nissan Juke 1.2 Turbo on the 28th November 2014. I transferred the money on the 8th January 2015 and the car was delivered to my house on the morning of the 9th January 2015. It was £3600 cheaper than the same model/colour etc from the dealership in Bridgend and the guys that I dealt with could not have been more helpful.0

Obviously it depends on the car, I've just looked at there site for the car I've ordered from a main dealer, and its £50/month dearer. £1800 over 3 years.0

I am looking at these guys and brokers4cars at the moment for a car purchase.
Price for a Mazda 3 Fastback SL is massively cheaper than through a dealership.
From talking with dealerships it seems unlikely they will match or come close to these prices but I may try it before I complete any purchase.
Reviews for both seem good but hard to find a lot of stuff on forums like this.
Interesting read on this one.
Edit: Just had a quote back through
"Thank you for your enquiry.
This car has a delivery date of around 2 weeks.
The vehicle will be 1st registered to you and you will get free delivery and the Standard Mazda UK warranty including breakdown cover.
I hope this is of interest and if you would like to go ahead or have any questions about our service please let me know."
Sounds promising, just need to decide if I want to do it now and also see if dealerships will compete0 -
Now been to a dealership who are coming back to me with an offer. But decided to get the Mazda 3 Fastback Sport Nav now instead. buyanewcaronline offer that cheapest0

OK, I'm a newbie and therefore suspect (!) but I read this thread and thought I could diary my experience for anyone else considering this route. I'm just at the beginning, so anyone else who comes upon it can follow the story.
Firstly, I'm only buying my car online because I couldn't get a near price match from a local dealer. I'm willing to pay a bit more to buy from a local dealer, but not an arm and a leg.
Secondly, I didn't set out to buy a car through buyanewcaronline. I used Auto Ebid's reverse auction (where you have skin in the game because if one of their bidders comes up with a match within the price you've agreed to pay, they take their broker fee at that point) and buyanewcaronline were the winning bidder. That was a bit of a downer as I was expecting a main dealer response.
So here I am, broker fee and car deposit paid, with a confirmation that the order has been placed. My greatest concern was that the terms of business required transfer of the payment prior to delivery. That has been at least partially allayed as I have a verbal agreement that I can pay by direct transfer on the day of delivery subject to credit check, proof of identity and availability of monies. The estimated delivery date at outset is early May - the date I originally gave as acceptable - and the process is under way.0 -
I've had word that the car is built and ready for delivery any time from Wednesday. Have chosen May 3rd and everything seems on track. The prrof of the pudding will have to wait another week.0
