Well.........I have to report that I cannot face a mammoth ebay listing this weekend.

Of the bits and pieces listed last week I have bids on 7 items out of 26 so far worth around £40 at this moment in time. Most things end later today so will see how things go.

Can relist unsold stuff later and am going to set a target to get 5 new items on there by the end of the day. That seems achievable and then at least I have done "something" rather than nothing!!

Really could have been doing with getting in the garage and getting some of my camping things listed (we have now bought a caravan) but I just cannot face it!!! Job for over the Easter holidays I think.

Good to hear everyone is chipping away at their targets. It all add's up!!

Well despite my lack of car booting this weekend i have quite a few £££'s winging their way to my bank account :D £60 and counting from various sources - app trailers, survey sites payouts, ebay and general wheeling and dealing :D

I'm starting to get the hang of the antique thing i think (well a tiny bit :P) and am delighted to say i bought 2 pieces for £12 (£2 + £10) which are worth up to £80 in the right place - am not sure now if i should be adding these to this thread or my double money challenge......adding to both at the minute in true double style :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've had enough of ebay. 1 bid out of all 18 items and that is for an item that is not working. Good luck if they get it working, it is a lovely item but I couldn't be bothered to find someone to fix it.

Have decided now to just try my luck with netmums, gumtree, preloved and other selling sites. Ok won't get bids, but at least won't lose money in fees, and they will collect. No more trudging to post office etc.

I think we all get to that point with ebay at times Aesop, a break from it does you good in my opinion. Sorry you didn't get too many sales and hopefully you will find the other places better for you in the meantime at least xxx
