ALL electric element heaters are 100% efficient, all release 100% of the energy put in. It's up to you if you want to warm a room quickly by using a fan heater of 2kw or warm it slowly (to a lower temperature) with a storage medium holding 2kw. In cold weather the E7 heating is not good enough. Charging less than the full amount means I have to use the convection heater even longer in the evening. So until the days warm up enough that I only need the convector for 4 hours in the day (even if I still need it at night) instead of the storage heaters, I have to use both...
