my flight to kenya was delayed 12 hrs in 2011. a member of kenya airways flight crew was sick but we were promised he'd be fine by morning-- and he or she was.
i meet all the criteria for a claim.
i wrote to the caa and the airline originally and was told that no one was being compensated at that time as a ruling was awaited.
following what i read from money saving expert. i again wrote to the airline via email.
no response.
what should be my next action:mad:
