Thank you for all your helpful replies everyone. I am printing off recipes and I am just going to ask, ask, ask..lol. I have found a local cake decorating course, might see if they can help me make my cakes look better. Hoping for free, perhaps if they have a cancellation or free space, and I will mention/promote every single person/company that helps x0 -

It may be an option for you to offer cakes for them to decorate. Everyone wins. You get decorated cakes, and they get practice!“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Have been scanning tonight - the people at my branch of sada buy a lot of bleach.....and they buy it in twos:D

I have also done malteaser towers so easy just melt a bit of chocolate and use on malteasers to stick them together.
Cup cakes can be made in advance and frozen then ice on the day.
Could also do marshmallow kebabs and decorate with chocolate and sprinkles.
Thinking of the easy kidproof options here.

Thanks for the good easy ideas, I want lots and lots of different stuff. My free box of maltesers didn't even last a day. Wish I had got more ICBINB now though, with all the baking and experimenting/research I will be doing. OMG I think I just put on a stone just thinking about it
Off to bed now, good night all. Thanks again0 -
