I've just had a weird conversation with T's CS. I have a receipt I have submitted several times to the PP machine and have had nothing back. I called them up and they are going to investigate it and give me a call back on Friday at 2.00 pm! Has anyone else had this?

Yes. They promised to call me back about a week ago about a receipt from 13th Feb that's still stuck in the system. Still waiting:(

Have had a few back saying not enough items(10) when there were clearly enough and were on the old 8 system:mad: One that did actually make it through had 51 eligible items on the actual receipt but only showed 18 comparable and N/A items on the PP. Don't know where they are getting their info from ? Are they pulling a fast one somewhere in the process? Think it might be time for artha to take off laid back Andys' cap and go into Mr Angry mode
    Awaiting a new sig

I thought it was £6 then plus 10 % making £3.40 for 3. But if the minnie egg had shown as been in Sainsburys which it had shown on my supermarket website it would of thought i had spent £15 on eggs in asda compare to £8 in sainsburys so it would of been £7 plus 10% making it £2.30 for the 3 eggs. I think!?

The 10% would be added to the apg so £6 plus 10% 40p = £6.40 back leaving £3.60 paid. If the minnie egg had compared £5- £4 and the other 2 eggs had compared £5 - £2 you would get back £7 plus 10% 80p so £7.80 apg leaving £2.20 paid for 3 eggs.
