Icbinb and yoghurt still glitching as b1g3f just now (buy in 4s).

Quick question please - in T, if you buy meat where SEL is half price but pack goes through at full price, I understand DTD is generally payable. However, the CS said the promotional packs were those flashed half price and the one I got wasn't reduced. She offered to swap it for one of the half price ones but I declined and got a refund. Is this correct? She was very nice offering to swap it and probably thought I was strange asking for a refund rather than switching it .
