Does anyone else keep all their receipts? I am just thinking that my stash of crisps, MT, FF, Vinnies, cleaning products etc could require evidence of payment if I ever got raided
. I hadn't realised how many deals I must have bought until I looked in the bag of Flumps an white mice .
I only tend to get what we will use ... eventually... but am running out of space.

I scare all the nurses and student docs I've had dealings with, I've had a few crying at not being able to site them on me and have to reassure them that their mentor wouldn't be able to do it either. I know how and where the best sites are but no one ever listens to me so I now let them work away and usually ends up with me fainting or them giving up.
I have had only one student doc able to site first time and she was so proud, her mentor couldn't believe she'd done it because he hadn't been able to:T
Enjoy your weekend doc.

Have to say that I love patients like you. I respect the fact you allow juniors to do cannulas on you and don't demand more senior nurses/doctors from the start.
:T
If a patient says they have difficult veins, I usually look at both arms and apply the tourniquet in the upper arm AND lower arm. Usually find a vein that way.
I've (yet) to fail at a cannula (touch wood). I relish difficult cannulas; kinda like these::grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Love being a trampette.
Who was it that originally called us tramps? And was it from the DTD days?
Feeling that it was either Lala or cziercy (sp?) but someone called tod123 (after a quick look but post no longer there) called people 'online tramps' (you quoted the post):rotfl: Sure it was in the dtd days.0 -
Takes about 15 minutes to show up; but it has taken up to an hour for me.
