Such a lovely CS lady though, she never once made me feel like the idiot I was:rotfl:

To be honest even though she was lovely, she's not great at her job, never had to do this in any supermarket when I have forgotten to give a voucher in.

Was someone here recently asking what to do with the hemp products glitched from BS?

There's a 'no buying toiletries in March' thread on the boards where in the op it is mentioned that there is a facebook group of MSE'ers to swap toiletries. Maybe this'll help? Swap the balms with others for things you'd prefer?
