All AOL packages minimum 18 month contract?

Hi All

I was looking at AOL's "no commitment monthly contract" (http://info.aol.co.uk/broadband/nocommitment.adp?promo=228937&promoCode=228937)

By following the T&Cs links, I reached a few documents stating that "All AOL Broadband packages are subject to a minimum 18-month contract". The most detailed one is this one: http://bbterms.aol.co.uk/memserv/tc_broadband_dsl.htm .

So... do you know if I can safely switch to AOL for only 3 to 6 months, or will I be tied in for 18 months, even with the "no commitment" contract?

    Read the small print:

No 12-month contract for customers who already have an AOL Broadband supported modem.
