double buggy toddler and newborn

Options
I will shortly be the proud owner of a 2 and a half year old and a newborn!

Will I still need a double buggy and how long for? Thinking my older child will be ok with short walks but not longer (atm he goes in his buggy everywhere).

If so I am thinking of getting a second hand one on ebay and then selling it again at a later date hopefully getting most of my money back.

What are the best brands/styles for two kids of these ages?

Thanks!

Phil and Teds are good, pretty popular and resale value is quite good :)

  • Why not get one of these for your pushchair?

tbh, I wouldn't at 2.5 unless you are waking miles they are fine walking on reins or strap..

Mine were awful with buggy boards and would leap off mid walk.

I used my double 3 times with a 13month gap

Bill and Teds are hideous the poor child in the back at car exhaust height and twice I have seen the child in the basket hurt the hands on the wheels. they can see anything but legs of people walking by.. they are just nasty.

I have a bertini bidwell with toddler seat which I love. I have had emmaljunga pushchairs with toddler seat which have been great too
