T Mobile Fraud Department

Options
I have had three mobiles blocked from the network due to Alleged Fraudulent activity on my account.

They are three pay monthly phones and someone has tried to put £10 onto one of the phones and the Fraud department at T Mobile have cancelled the account. I have been trying for 4 days now to get it sorted out. After faxing more ID to them they still have not replied to any of my phone calls.
I found an old thread with a suggestion of emailing the MD direct but the email address doesn't work.

Anyone got anything else I can try.

The department is not customer facing and, as EE, is being amalgamated into a new structure. Providing you give them what is required, you should have it resolved - although I'm unclear how anyone can top up a contract account, if that is what you meant.
