E-E orange direct number

Hi everyone ,help wanted please . A month ago I decided to get my MAC code of orange or EE as it is now known.
After been put through to there retentions Dept. I was given a £5 a month unlimited broadband offer for 6month which would then be reviewed and more than likely offered another 6 month at £5.Thing is they have taken the usual £10.20 by direct debit and NOT the £5 we agreed on ..............Problem now is gettin back in touch with them as they are atrocious to contact via phone (took me nearly 90mins last time ) so does any one have any direct numbers or suggestions .
