Please Can I Have Any Advice from Sky+ Users Who Have Moved to Virgin XL

Hi guys

I'm almost certainly going to can Sky+ and move over to the Virgin Bundle.

I would be interested to hear from anyone else who made this move and especially your experiences of one versus the other.

For example, what do you miss from Sky+ and are there any better features on Virgin XL?

Are you talking about the V+ box ? Advantages over Sky+ . 160gig HDD , high def output , 3 tuners , Video On-Demand , no up-front fees

Don't do it! Vigin Customer Services is in India & Wales and it's appalling! I have had a weekend of trying to get my broadband back on after it failed, and have spent a fortune hanging on the line for hours. As I had no internet connection I couldn't look up the say no to 0870 number either!

I was thinking of taking their 4 for £40, as I am with Sky for my TV and them for my broadband, but I am now onto Sky to take up their £26 offer. Don't change.

ive spoken to 4 english people at virgin customer services,
