The other issue is the cars. You own two, how much is each worth? You don't work so you will need to justify why you need a car, it is likely that the OR will not consider your car necessary and will claim it. That will have the effect of reducing your outgoings considerably too.
Cars are worth £1400 each, husband uses his as company car. We use mine to take all 5 kids out when they are down every 2 weeks and if we go away. My husband works away during the week so I use my car to get kids to after school activities shopping etc.0 -

Thank you only 1 car in BR's name and used as company car valued less than £1500. I think you are right about the IPA not much else we can do other than start saving for the bankruptcy fee_pale_0 -

My parents died last year and the property was left to my brother and I. We pay my brother 50% of the going rate for rental and we live here. It's not a mansion just a 3 bed terrace but as we were renting elsewhere it seemed sensible to move in here rather than rent it out to strangers. Hope that clears it up0 -

Do you have a proper legal rental/tenancy agreement? I think the OR may look in to this. I'm not saying it will be a problem, just that it will need examining. You didn't quote £325 as your rent in your SOA, so will need to adjust that too.
