Post Office® and DVLA Local Office clerks will no longer ask for insurance details when an

Googled that and found the PROPOSAL to remove the insurance check. Do you know anything further? Or shall we continue with the old system for the time being? This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -
Well,I would bring the docs, but won't present them until asked. Or ask the clerk whether the PO is acquainted with the proposal0

At the moment it is just a proposal and may never happen. If you read the google links there are many groups against it. What is the point of asking the PO clerk if they know of the proposal, they may well know about it, but at the moment they must still see the docs until told otherwise.0
