Online Calls & Messages Monthly Allowance: (call 2425 from your mobile)
If you have selected Talkalot with Calls and Messages you will receive 6000 Calls and Message units each month providing you top up your calltime with at least £10 each month. As anyone anytime voice calls are charged on a per second basis, the 6000 Calls & Message units equate to 100 anyone anytime voice minutes.
Calls and Message units can be used to send texts, send picture messages, make anyone anytime voice calls or a combination of all three. One UK text uses 60 Calls & Message units; one UK picture message uses 180 Calls & Message units; and one anyone anytime voice second uses 1 Calls & Message unit. Therefore the 6000 Calls and Messages units equate to up to 100 text messages or up to 100 anytime anyone voice minutes or up to 33 picture messages or a combination of all three until the 6000 units are depleted.
Inclusive anyone anytime voice calls are calls made in the UK to standard UK fixed lines and all UK mobile networks. These calls exclude international calls, calls made to voicemail 901, calls made and received abroad, premium numbers, mobile internet access and information services.
You must have a minimum of 60 Calls & Message units left in your inclusive Calls & Messages allowance to send a text message. If you do not have enough Calls & Message units to send a text message then you will simply be charged standard rate for sending this text message. You will however be able to make eligible voice calls using the remaining Calls & Message units.
You must have a minimum of 180 Calls & Message units left in your inclusive Calls & Messages allowance to send a picture message. If you do not have enough Calls & Message units to send a picture message then you will simply be charged standard rate for sending this picture message. Unused Calls & Message units will not be rolled over from one month to the next.

Unused GPRS WAP units will not be rolled over from one month to the next.
Monthly GPRS WAP allowance applies to use in the UK only.
Online Pay As You Go Talkalotmore
Existing customers on Online Pay & Go Original or Talkalot may switch to the Talkalotmore tariff. Customers receiving the Calls and Messages free monthly allowance will first need to switch to the Messages free monthly allowance before switching to the Talkalotmore tariff - you can do this by calling free on 2425
Eligible customers may change tariffs every 30 days. To switch to Talkalotmore, send a free text message with the keyword "Talkalotmore" to 21300.You will receive a text message within 48 hours to confirm that your registration has been accepted.
Your confirmation text message for Talkalotmore will include reference to your 'anniversary date'. The anniversary date is the date by which you must have topped up by to receive your Talkalotmore call allowances. This anniversary will be the same date by which you must top up in order to receive your free monthly allowances.
Talkalotmore gives you either:
• 150 evening and weekend minutes (150 minute call allowance) to call standard UK fixed-lines and UK mobile numbers from the UK every month, provided you have topped-up between £15 and £29 in the previous month; OR
• 300 evening and weekend minutes (300 minute call allowance) to call standard UK fixed-lines and UK mobile numbers from the UK every month, provided you have topped-up at least £30 in the previous month
Evening and weekend calls are 7.30pm to 7.30am Monday to Thursday and 7.30pm Friday to 7.30am Monday.
If you have a Bolt On which includes a voice allowance, your Talkalotmore call allowance will be used first for evening and weekend calls, followed by your Bolt On allowance.
Following your anniversary date, please allow 48 hours for your Talkalotmore call allowance to be applied to your account. You will receive a text message confirming when your Talkalotmore call allowance has been applied.
The Talkalotmore call allowance will be applied every month the day following your anniversary date provided you have topped-up by at least £15 by your anniversary date. If you do not top-up by this minimum amount you will not receive your Talkalotmore call allowance in the following month. You will receive a text message reminder 48 hours before your anniversary date to notify you if you need to top-up.
If you do not top up for four consecutive months, you will automatically be moved to the Online Pay As You Go Talkalot tariff. If you wish to benefit from Talkalotmore again, you will need to re-register.
Any unused Talkalotmore call allowance will not roll over from one month to the next.
