Travel delay claim company

This is probably totally against the rules of this forum and if so, I ask mods to remove my post from here.
Anyone have any ideas as to who are a better company to help with your claims in delay compensation.
I have tried each approach with Emirates and they are not budging from this 'extraordinary circumstances' clause even though the delay was due to technical fault on the 'incoming flight' (same aircraft though).
Rather than going horn to horn with them which I think, to me seems like a David and Goliath situation, I am hoping someone will guide me to success story with any particular claim company I can approach (who I am aware can take up to 30% of the compensation claimed)
Thanks
