    Hi having this issue too,thanks to all for discussing.

    Did you use the Chrome upgrade for this,near the bottomof the Robofrm download list:
    Additional Browser Support
    RoboForm Lite for Chrome v3.0.1
    or the regular upgrade at the top depending on your version?

    i did the regular roboform update (Version 7.8.7.5) and that sorted it
