The point is that your are not going to be able to switch with a DRO in place so you really need to stay on good terms with EON.
If you don't have a PPM fitted no one is going to entertain you as a customer.0 -
Ok i see the point I'm gonna get screwed whatever i try and do so how about this...
I let the dro take place witch has eon included at £348 so when it's approved they cant chase me for the debt in question and I'm told not to make payment to them from citizens advice so this is what I'm thinking.
I get my partner to apply for the gas and electric in her name so it takes me out of the equation like I'd moved out or something innit. fck eon0 -
They may smell a rat and ask to see proof of address or old address, tenancy agreement etc and then insist on installing pre pay.0

yeah probs... what if i phoned eon tomorrow and said im adding the debt to my dro and am moving out the day after that then not contact them again. Then about a week or two later my misses just applies to a different company as a new innocent customer innit, whats the problem with that0 -
By saying your moving out, will not be a wise move as the insolvency register will show it also when the or writes to the company a nice cifas flag will be raised for false info to the supplierDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi , you seem to want to get out of paying for your energy and most of your other commitments but seem to be able to afford unnecessary things.OllyBongo

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsTalkTalk fiber optic
I am with TalkTalk and have the whole package with 76mb fibre optic to the cabinet, I'm 0.02m from my exchange (around the corner).
I have a Huawei HG533 route and a BT openreach modem.
when i look at my router via 192.168.1.1 i can not seem to find my router stats e.g lime snr, line attenuation up/down rate that stuff.
I have looked in every part and can not seem to find it.
I think that just about says it all !!0 -

Because it's a lie that would be really easy to catch you out in since your address is all over your credit files? You are presumably registered to vote (legal requirement) and on the council tax bill, receive bank statements there, your DRO will be at your present address?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Since when has it been a legal requirement to be on the electoral roll?
I'm not very good at history
... or law for that matter.
But it appears to be a legal requirement in Wales
http://www.rctcbc.gov.uk/en/councildemocracy/democracyelections/elections-electoralregister/elections-electoralregister.aspx
and Southampton (so presumably all of England)
https://www.southampton.gov.uk/council-partners/elections/electoral-register.aspx
Looks like punishable by up to £1000 fine for those that are interested.0 -
D'oh! Post deleted. I'm obviously having a bad day, what I meant to say was that it's not a legal requirement to vote (except in Australia and a few other places...)
What you get up to in Southampton, I have no idea...No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

No, not a legal requirement to actually cast a vote merely to be registered as I said. I don't suppose anyone could use the casting of a vote as proof of residency, since it's supposed to be a secret ballot ... I don't think many people would like their political affiliation recorded on their credit file!Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
