Dear Peter,
You keep digging a hole pal, all of these emails are being sent to Paypal to
prove how unreasonable you have been.
This is official notice that the order is cancelled, do not attempt to
deliver while the dispute is being dealt with.
BTW calling me a !!!! is really easy when you do it from the safety of your
home/office. Nice one

Come on over to the shop if you wish
You can post these emails up your sorry !!! if you wish I don't give a !!!!The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
As far as I can remember, you should be able to escalate the dispute immediately, which would be a good idea.
Just watch out next week for unexpected deliveries that you have to sign for even if it's only a recorded delivery letter.
From the replies that you've posted, I wouldn't put it past your seller to post you a signed for letter and use this as "proof" of delivery to Paypal.0 -
Thanks I did escalate it straight away, there was no way that talking anymore to this guy was going to get anywhere.shaun_from_Africa wrote: »As far as I can remember, you should be able to escalate the dispute immediately, which would be a good idea.

Computer item - select from options on website
Clothing item - select from options on website
What's the difference? Can you point out in DSR guidance notes (or other formal guidance) where these differ?
A computer part can be took out and used in another PC quite easily
I doubt you can unstitch a piece of matetial and use it again ?
Just guessing like

Ignore the unprofessional and immature behaviour, only respond to messages and comments relevant to the PayPal case. Posturing makes you look equally silly.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
