Hi All,
Sorry to bore you all, but what a day it's been. Decided to come clean to OH this morning, needless to say he was very angry and walked out. First of all although upset I felt relieved but this soon wore off when he was gone all day and wasn't answering his mobile. He eventually came back this evening but was very cool. The turning point came when he said, and must add he has got a good sense of humour, was that we could hang a red light in the window but doubted we would get many takers! Hopefully the worst is over relationship wise, still have to deal with the debts. Have shared a bottle of wine tonight, I know, that has to stop, but we didn't actually buy it was in the fridge. I'm not making light of a serious situation and will both probably be as miserable as sin tomorrow but hope this might give someone else in this situation a bit of hope.

You've done the hard bit, so now you can concentrate on getting these debts down.
Well done for doing this today, and I hope you sleep well tonight having got it out in the open xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Its good to see after his break away, you DH has come back accepting the situration and being willing to support you, sometimes I wish i had someone to share a bottle of wine with, after an emotional draining experience. Thanks for all the words of support and encouragement, it really does make a big difference.
OH had to go out early this morning and as I suspected had slightly regressed a bit, a bit cool, but then again he isn't a 'morning person', did get a hug albeit a bit reluctant before he left. Neither of us slept very well last night, I still break out in a cold sweat thinking about it all, but then again that could be my age! It's all still a bit daunting but hopefully when I can get an SOA together and start to see the overall debt going down things will get better. My biggest concern at the moment is the £12000 on my MBNA card which reverts to 19.99% this month. They have reducded the interest rate from 24.99% as a loyalty thing, does anyone think it would be worth pursuing it any further and if so how? Although we will be stretched that's the one that could push us over the top.0
