At least three POPLA appeals have been won by motorists because the PPCs have been unable or unwilling to produce that document when asked for by the adjudicator.

Ah,OK- adjudicator. So when you say in your previous post to ask them for the contract when appealing,do you mean to ask them to produce it for popla to see?

Two mentioned here (I just bumped it with a link to the latest win on that basis):

You could do, or you could just do a soft appeal, get it rejected and then require them to produce it as evidence, as part of your POPLA appeal. Everyone/anyone with a fake PCN recently issued in England/Wales can appeal to POPLA because the grounds can be tailored to suit your case. Tick whichever box makes sense and then let them have it - see that link for discussion of good wording. The poster called 'mulronie' suggested a nicely worded 'beautiful waterfall' of words on that thread!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No you can appeal on other stuff as I proved.

I wasn't aware you have any chance, what did you appeal on?
Those grounds for appeal on popla page are very limited:
improperly parked car, wrong amount to pay, car stolen, car sold
none of which applied to me-I overstayed by 10 min, that's it.

Please read the links and advice already given ANYONE can appeal to POPLA for a recent fake PCN re an incident in England and Wales. What part of 'I am not liable for the parking charge' (or whatever the first wishy-washy choice says) does not apply to any appeal?'

Use your imagination, tick ANY BOX and put that appeal in. Not sure why you were so easily put off? Read the link I gave which discusses successful appeal wording and copy that. People are winning now with that sort of appeal about 'not having ownership of the land' so they PPC cannot make contracts with drivers nor suffer a loss nor issue charges.

    I have read the link-THANKS! :T
I used your "example letter" following mulronie's comments and am going to send it to POPLA and see what happens.

    Yes,sorry,I do understand now.

    Yes,again I apologise I'm only just in training :o

I was reading it and appealing after I left my last post, so while I was busy acting on your suggestions it looked like I ignored them, sorry for the third time. I know it must be exasperating to try and be patient with same old, same old..
You have actually already once replied to my own thread and I promised to ignore them...And here I am... Just not made of the stern stuff,I suppose. But I know I don't want to pay so if all appeals fail I will ignore them.
As before I thank you for your time! :)
