I would ignore them, but if you are feeling militant you need to appeal then go to popla when they turn it down. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

To go to popla you must enter the sham appeal with the ppc first, if/when they turn it down then ask for the popla code. And go from thereWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

When you appeal ask them to provide the contract they shows they have the necessary propriety interest in the land that enables them to issue this ticket. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Are they obliged to show you that contract though trisontana? I raised that point in my appeal but they never commented on it. Now they just said I failed my appeal and gave the popla number, but as we know you can only appeal to popla in very limited circumstances which a lot of us are not in...0

As you have got ur invoice from cel their so called appeal service(to stop appeals going to popla) take about 3 months!!! What a jokeFor everthing else there's mastercard.

At least three POPLA appeals have been won by motorists because the PPCs have been unable or unwilling to produce that document when asked for by the adjudicator. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
