Yes you read it right.
Long term Coventry BS members will receive 2.5% instead of 1.2% from 6th April 2013.
This is a closed issue so no new accounts can be opened, but it might be worth considering now, if you already have one and can't put ISA money anywhere else this tax year.
The terms don't make it clear but it is possible to fund the account with an ISA transfer.

Howver, their 60-day notice ISA (for new money only) currently offers 2.8% but will close on 5/4/13
