I didn't realise they have a summer sale. I have just booked 4 nights at travelodge Blackpool for August!!

I was also going to book the Travelodge in Chessington but luckily I checked out what Tripadvisor had to say first.

    Hi
Does anyone know when the next sale starts? I know there has just been one, we have just been invited somewhere and need 3 rooms in London for 3 nights in September. I have looked at the dates & location and all the rooms are £75+ per night.

I want to be on the button just before the kick off of the sale like I have done in the past for central London rooms.

I just hope there will be another sale between now & September?

Can anyone remember the release dates of sales from 2012?

    Thank you

In your shoes I'd have booked these by now in order to take advantage of the 21-day saver rates - the last offer type e-mail I had from Travelodge was offering rooms for May half term, so I think that any full blown sale will be looking further in the future than April.

Last year there was a sale on 12th April (2012) for rooms between 1st September and end of December. but that is the last full blown 'Sale' e-mail I appear to have had from them - my impression is that they are now doing series of smaller offers rather than the old-type sales. (e.g there was a 'PRICE DROP' last August for rooms from Jan-March)

The last "full sale" with rooms at £12/15 took us up to the end of June 2013.
The second half of this year has not been covered yet.
IF these sales are to continue, it could be anytime now.

I would imagine TL adjusts it`s sales on how well the rooms are selling and where.
Peak months in cities and seasides might not be reduced or not by so much.
I had an email today about a £25 or less sale for May half term.
There are also "Spring rooms" up to 9th June at £19.

While people are willing to pay £19/25 why have a sale at £12/15.

There are sale rooms for September in London showing up on the TL site at the moment but these are very limited dates often on Sunday. e.g. Sunday 15 Sept Covent Garden is £25. Fulham seems to have quite a few sale rooms for a lot of September dates and has good transport links usually at £32 and Saturday nights being a bit more. You might also get some cheaper rooms at the new hotel opening in September beside Vauxhall tube station.
