It's not actually made clear.... other companies actually say (not debit cards) and Europcar accept debit cards when you have funds so it could be made a lot clearer.0 -

We use Apex for long-term rental (as it means we get a brand new fleet of vans every 6 months), usually for new staff, but if we only need something for a few days, it'll generally be a company 2 minutes from home that we use. You're better off doing this, than with a national firm.
