The Exploitation of Moderators?

After viewing another thread about the amount of effort board guides have to put in just to control the forum and to ensure no-one is breaking the rules i thought, why don't they get paid?

The forum is a essential element of this site, though martin's articles are good they are seriously backed up by a solid informative forum!!

Martin Lewis earns a good chunk of his living from this website and thus we could say that this is largely thanks to the forum which is only as good as the guides that control it and them maintaining it is maintaining his income.

Would the guides offer their local bank or building society their time for free......and they don't mind if the establishment gains financially from their efforts

I am more than aware that this site has helped many people including myself, i just don't agree with our god Martin Lewis is benefitting financially while not offering anything in return to those who have helped him get where he is today, am i looking at this all wrong?

P.s i meant the board guides :)

Surely if Martin was to pay board guides, then he would have to infact charge us for using his site.

We pay for his site in theory by following the affliate links in his articles and the popularity and success of these articles are very much dependent on the quality of this forum as many people return to this site purely for the forum, so we do pay to use this site indirectly ;)

I did read an article about his tiger pe-nis smuggling company.
And he has often been seen mocking dwarfs.

I think you have to take the rough with the smooth where Martin is concerned.

I once saw Martin pretending to eat a cuttlefish just to annoy a parrott in a pet shop.

I guess from the lack of responses people do not agree - i thought martin lewis was clever but making everyone ignorantly unaware while he laughs all the way to the bank....well he is a genius!
