No software or free unlock codes for both models, you will need to contact orange who will charge around £20-£30 per phone, the price you pay for the codes will be added to the pay as you go sim card (if its on pay as you go)0

no but im on contract so what then?0 -
They are unlikely to unlock them if you are still under contract,if your contract is coming to an end then they may unlock them,they dont if its a fairly new contract as the phone is there property until the contract is up. You should call them and ask if they can unlock it for you.0
