What are my options?

I have Orange broadband at home. I currently use the voicebox to make one call a day back home to Asia (100 countries included free in my call plan) and this is the only reason I've stuck with Orange for nearly 10 years.
They are ending their 2nd line service soon. I need to migrate to their new £20 deal for landline rental+bb (which still allows me to make overseas free calls to my country) but I need to sign up for 12 months. My problem is that I am moving out of the country in Aug/Sept and do not want to be tied down & faced with early exit fees.
What are my most cost-effective options if I need broadband + the ability to call Asia once a day? I guess Mobile broadband would figure somewhere but what about the overseas call? I looked at Rebtel but my mobile is PAYG with no free mins so that's out. Skype is also out as the person I call is not always at a PC. Any suggestions?
What's best for mobile broadband? I am a heavy user, online for 12-14 hours per day albeit only for surfing, no downloading.
