I recently had a flight delay through Thomson, were were due to fly back 17.55pm on the 31/12/12 and they re-scheduled our flight to 9.15am on the 01/01/13, I have spoken to one of the other travellers who were told they could not claim as they put us in a hotel for the night is this correct?
