If you were in NI/Scotland you ignore but if in England/Wales you do not. You do not pay though - please read the top thread rather than a random old thread about NI cases.

i also got a ticket in yorkgate and the person who put it on my car was smokeing outside when i walked pass him he could have said to me you cant park there then i would have moved it as it was not inside yorkgate but on the pavement were there is loads of cars parked at night like seven towers has said yea us in n.ire dead on if you think am going to pay theses cow boys for what i spend in yorkgate each week would more are less pay this parking ticket and like some yes i will go to court if they like cause they still wont get a penny of me i would go to jail before i pay them clowns
